We would like to thank all attendees for celebrating the last event of 2011 in style with us at Cartel Street Foods; it was a pleasant and great way to wrap up the year!

Despite winter’s cold weather, we would like to warmly welcome you to our 1st event of the year as well as our 3rd anniversary, on February 21st, from 7pm to 10pm, at Hotel St Paul. We have the privilege to kick off the year with Patrick Daoust, president and co-founder of Innium Technologies, who will be presenting “Biotech and biosimilars in a changing pharmaceutical landscape”.

We are also very delighted to have arranged a medley of seasoned guest-speakers throughout 2012, who will share their passion and expertise in different fields, including previously under-represented areas such medical devices and nutraceuticals. Lastly, by popular demand, we will also host multiple student events in addition to our regular professional events.

We also must take a moment to congratulate the organizers of our sister chapters, Albert L. Abaunza for launching and hosting multiple events in 2011 in our nation’s capital, and Montu Gupta who has been running the Toronto chapter for over a year!

Finally, our annual membership fee will remain at $45, and the new membership form can be filled in at the February event ($45 cash or cheque) or downloaded (and then mailed). Membership renewal is also $45.
